(Team reports, such as the Team Health Check, are not available immediately - they are produced by the administrator after everyone in the team has completed the questionnaire.)

Please note: unlike many similar personality questionnaires, you do not need to complete qualifying training before using the personality type (MMDI) questionnaire. However, to ensure the questionnaire is not misused we ask that you:

only apply to register if you have professional managerial/consultancy experience;

help us confirm the bona fide nature of your application by using your company contact information on the registration form; and

read and abide by the terms, conditions, privacy policy and ethical guidelines.
